Kairos Youth Registration

We are glad that your family has decided to participate with Kairos Youth!  

Please start by filling in YOUR name and information first as the Parent or Guardian.  

THEN, begin adding additional parents/guardians and your youth in the "Household members" section.  Do this by clicking the "+ Add adult" and "+Add child" buttons.

Kairos Church takes seriously the privacy and safety of your family.  We will never share your information with any external parties.

Include your spouse with the "Marital Status" as Married. They will be the only other approved adult that can check out your children. The exception is if you include other adult household members on this registration (i.e. grandparents, divorced/separated spouse, etc.)

Kairos Youth is a place of belonging and exploration of a relationship with Jesus and others.  Technology and phones are an integral part of our everyday lives, but so are people.  Technology, especially a phone, is okay to have with you at Youth gatherings, but we ask that they not be used during teaching and discussion times—leave them in pockets, bags, screens facedown or out of your line of sight.  This is so that everyone is allowed the opportunity to receive the best of you in your presence and discussion.  We value what you have to say because we love you.  Even if you have nothing to say, we still want you to be present with us! 

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read this statement to my youth and that they agree to this statement and course of action.  If this cannot be followed, we will ask that their technology be placed in a "tech hotel" on site during our youth gatherings.  There is room for our leader team to ask that students leave their phones at home.  Further action will necessitate a conversation with the student and one of their parents.  
 
Note: there will be times where phones will allowed, but will be gathered in a central location for non-active usage such as the Youth Retreat.  Other exceptions will be made such as for medical/mental health needs.  Contact Pastor Jason for these exceptions.

Kairos Church Release

The safety of your student is important to us. All of our adult volunteers are thoroughly background-checked every year. 

By hitting the "Submit" button below, you agree to allow Kairos Church to document photos and/or videos for promotional use. We refrain from identifying children by name when using such content for promotional use. This applies to the children that you have registered who are participating in a Kairos Youth gathering that are in and outside of your household.
